Gel Polish and Foils

 Happy Easter!!! :o)
hope every one had a lovely day and is not too full of chocolate eggs?!
after having a lovely lunch out with the Fambo, decided to have a change and remove the Easter design (from my previous post) and go for a more grown up look!
I haven't worn any of my gel polishes for for a while so decided to go for Pinkish Delight and as I had received my foils from Born Pretty Store the other day i decided to use them together.

I saw one of my favourite You tubers use this combo in an upload LiverpoolLashes she did a tutorial. Hers is a lot better!! i kinda didn't get the look I had imagined but its growing on me. I took a couple of pics without the flash as its too sparkly to see properly with the flash as you will see from the 3rd pic!

The Gel Polishes I have either weren't tacky enough or the Foils arnt' meant to be used with Gel Polish!! either way I'm liking the subtle effect that I have achieved. I have ordered the Foil Glue from EBay so I'll probably do a post when I get that to compare the results.

Hope you like this

Happy Easter!

Thought I'd better get into the Easter mood since it's only a few days away! I decided to put my Born Pretty Store polishes to good use.

I absolutely love these little bottles of lovelyness. The colours are vibrant & opaque in 2 coats & they dry super quick which is always a bonus.

While out shopping with my Mum today lots of shops seemed to have their own versions of Easter egg hunts so thats where I got my inspiration from essentially.

Hope you like it, I Loved doing it. :o)

Last night's project!

This was an easy look to achieve using white Revlon Powder Puff topped with Barry M Pink Sapphire then used Revlon All Fired up with Barry M Black which was tapped off to create geo-type shapes then on pinky All fired up with diagonal of the glitter polish! The studs were from eBay they are holographic 3mm rounds.
I love this look! :o)
