SpaRitual

Hi Peeps!

I bring you Sparitual! this is a salon/spa quality brand and is used by professionals.  I hadn't heard of this particular brand until I went to college and these were in my manicure and nail art kits! below are the colours that I received.

At first I was a bit disappointed that the colours for my course were as limited as these. When you get a big box filled with nail related goodies I am always excited and I was expecting really vibrant outspoken colours to match the names of these polishes. I was given the names on my list of items prior to ordering!

Swatches are after the jump.

On to the colours .......................................................................!

...................Starting at the top and going clockwise we have

1. I feel the earth move  this looks almost black on the swatch but it's not is a deep burgundy colour its a creme polish and I have swatched it with 3 coats to get even un-streaked coverage.

2. Hunk of burning love this is a very vibrant red creme is what it is! again 3 coats. A good flat red!

3. Surreal this is a lovely dark blue although Sparitual describe it as  a creme however there are slight sparkles of what appears to be dark blue glitter dust.

4. Solitude this a true purple creme it's a lovely colour! 3 coats are required to eradicate streaks.

5. Laughing in pink (I cannot link this as it's not on the website any more) this is a metallic shimmery, glittery creamy formula once it's fully dry it has a foil appearance. I feel this may have been a limited edition as when it came it had a breast cancer awareness charm dangling off the bottle. the closest colours to this one that are currently sold are Living in pink & Loving in pink!

6. Airhead this is a sheer polish and this was supposed to be used for a French mani at college. This colour looks nice on its own as well.

7. French tip is a white creme and is specifically for a 'French tip'. This polish has a very thin brush compared to other brushes. I have swatched this anyway as a full colour and again used 3 coats to get full opacity.

Overall these polishes are nice and look lovely when they are fully opaque. the formula is a bit on the runny side. I expect the more I use them the thicker they will get! The brushes in these polishes are not particularly long nor are they thick or shaped. The only down side is their brushes I like a thicker brush.

Hope you liked this post let me know what you think! thanks for dropping by Lolly_Elle :o) x
